Evaluation

To evaluate my marketing plan, I plan on surveying customers quarterly. In these surveys, I would be asking about our method of marketing, how it has reached them, if they find it repetitive or entertaining, and so many more. I would also include ways to identify who sent them to our page or event.
Trends change, and we must move with it.
Including methods to identify influencers would let us know which influencers are promoting our content effectively. This would help us eliminate influencers that aren’t bringing in people, and we could replace them with others and try new people in the following quarters. In addition to this, I will track the people attending our events quarterly. This will help us see if our efforts are working.
The unexpected for us would look like our influencers not bringing in as much traffic as we expect. If this were to be the case, we would try other marketing methods. We could mass text students biweekly to share our events with them. This could increase traffic to our events and help with still spreading the word. Another unexpected situation could be our preferred social media avenue not gaining as much traction as it did. If this happens, we can create a presence on the one that is gaining traction at the time. When relying on social media marketing, a fault is that there are times people won’t go on a specific social media platform, and we must be flexible to switch our platforms to market. Trends change, and we must move with it.
